151,000 jobs were added in October alone in Washington D.C. A huge gain compared to 4 months ago. 15 million people are still out with no job. the unemployment rate is still at 9.6 percent. barack obama said it would take 12 months for the us to close the gap fully on unemployment. basically for every to get a job it would take 12 months.
